With Aaron Rodgers’ Potential Arrival, Maxx Crosby Makes Stance Heard Loud & Clear

Las Vegas Raiders star Maxx Crosby has been through the highs and lows with the franchise, but after a turbulent 2024 season, he admits there were moments when he questioned the direction of the team.

“I’ve had doubts in the past,” Crosby told PFT Live.

“I feel like this past year was the hardest part of my career. Battling through injury the whole year, struggling, losing 10 games in a row. Up here, it makes you start questioning a lot of things.”

Despite those struggles, Crosby now sees a new energy within the organization following the hiring of head coach Pete Carroll and general manager John Spytek.

With Tom Brady also involved in ownership, the three-time Pro Bowler says he’s feeling something he hasn’t felt in years – genuine hope for the future.

Crosby admitted that this is “the most optimistic” he’s ever been during his NFL career.

At this stage in his career, Crosby’s primary focus is winning a Super Bowl – but not just by jumping to a team that’s already built for success.

His commitment to Las Vegas’ long-term success is clear, but he knows optimism alone won’t be enough.

The Raiders haven’t won a playoff game in over two decades, and the road ahead remains difficult.

However, there are reports that the organization is gearing up to make a run at Aaron Rodgers which would certainly make things very interesting…

Either way, with Carroll’s leadership, Spytek’s vision, and Brady’s championship pedigree in the mix, Crosby is ready to see if this new era can finally bring the Raiders back to glory.
