Annie Agar has once again gone viral – this time for a bikini-clad social media post paired with a not-so-subtle dig at newly drafted quarterback Shedeur Sanders.
Sanders, who entered the 2025 NFL Draft as a projected top-ten selection, endured one of the most surprising slides in draft history.
Once expected to be off the board early on day one, Sanders fell dramatically – all the way to pick No. 144, where the Cleveland Browns finally called his name late in the fifth round.
His unexpected drop sparked debate among fans and analysts alike. Many speculated that Shedeurās draft stock may have been impacted by his father, Pro Football Hall of Famer and Colorado head coach Deion Sanders, who had previously stated he would try to influence where his sons would play.
That strategy ultimately fell flat: Shedeur didnāt land with his preferred team, and his brother, Shilo Sanders, went undrafted before signing with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Agar, known for her NFL skits and sharp online humor, previously took a shot at Shedeur by posting, āmade it to day 2, just like Shedeur,ā after he dropped out of the first round.
At the time, few imagined heād have to wait until day three to hear his name called. Regardless, Agar was far from done poking fun at Sanders.
She reignited the internet buzz by posting a photo of herself in a bikini on X, along with another barb directed at the young quarterback. The caption read: “Told the bartender just like shedeur im gonna need a couple more rounds.ā
The post immediately went viral, drawing both laughs and criticism, and once again placing Shedeur Sanders in the center of social media attention.
Meanwhile, Sanders is focusing on his NFL future. The former Colorado standout has now signed a four-year rookie deal with the Browns worth $4.6 million, including a $447,380 signing bonus.
Though itās unclear how quickly heāll climb the depth chart, the 23-year-old is expected to make the most of his opportunity.
Whether Shedeur can turn the draft-day snub – and the off-field jabs – into on-field motivation remains to be seen. But the spotlight is clearly not leaving him anytime soon.
What are your thoughts on Annie’s continued shots at Sanders?
More importantly, what are your big-picture expectations for Sanders going forward???
