The Denver Broncos are climbing their way back into the NFL spotlight, surprising many with their competitive edge this season. After an arduous stretch of eight seasons without a playoff appearance, Broncos Country has plenty of reasons to be optimistic. Bo Nix has stormed onto the scene as the potential face of the franchise at quarterback, while cornerback Patrick Surtain II is solidifying his status as a perennial Defensive Player of the Year candidate. With these rising stars and one of the league’s top eight salary cap situations heading into the offseason, the Broncos are looking primed for a resurgence—if they play their cards right. Here’s a four-step blueprint to ensure the team maximizes their offseason.

Upgrade the Receiving Corps

Courtland Sutton remains a reliable force, but with just one year left on his contract, Denver must explore more options. Marvin Mims Jr. has emerged as a reliable target, and while Devaughn Vele and Troy Franklin offer promise, a seasoned veteran could be the perfect complement to burgeoning quarterback Bo Nix. With big-time receivers like Tee Higgins and Chris Godwin becoming available in 2025, the Broncos have a plethora of choices, possibly even exploring trades.
