In a twist of emotions, the victim disclosed that she initially refrained from calling 911 due to the “recent success” Judkins was experiencing in his burgeoning NFL career. Just a few months earlier, Judkins had been a celebrated second-round draft pick for the Browns, coming off the back of an illustrious college stint.
