Tigers pitcher Jack Flaherty and model Natalie Buffett have confirmed their relationship during the holiday season. The revelation came through an Instagram post by Buffett on Christmas, showing the couple sharing a kiss in Longboat Key, Fla., with the caption, “Santa listened.” Flaherty subsequently re-posted the photo on his own Instagram story.
While it’s uncertain whether the picture was taken on Christmas Day, Flaherty later shared images on his Instagram stories that suggested he was courtside at a Celtics versus Lakers game at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
This new romance follows Flaherty’s recent Instagram photo with Buffett in Tulum, Mexico, featuring a lone rocket ship emoji as the caption. Buffett was previously in a relationship with Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott.
Flaherty and Buffett began appearing together on social media in 2020 and maintained a low-profile relationship for about two years. News of their breakup in March of the previous year was only revealed in January.
Prescott, on the other hand, is currently dating Sarah Jane Ramos, and the couple announced they are expecting their first child together.
In the 2022 season, Flaherty made 27 starts, split between the Cardinals and Orioles, with an 8-9 record, a 4.99 ERA, and a 0.8 WAR. He was traded from the Cardinals to the Orioles at the deadline in exchange for minor league pitchers Zack Showalter and Drew Rom, along with infielder Cesar Prieto.
Flaherty had spent his entire MLB career with the Cardinals since his debut in 2017. During this offseason, he signed a one-year contract with the Tigers valued at $14 million.
According to OutKick, Flaherty previously dated model Jenna Berman, who later entered into a relationship with star 49ers pass rusher Nick Bosa, but that relationship has since ended.
