“STFU!!”: Kelly Stafford Continues To Get Destroyed For Controversial Comments As Both Lane Kiffin & Antonio Brown Enter The Debate…

Kelly Stafford, wife of future Hall of Fame quarterback Matthew Stafford, recently made headlines with some of the eye-opening revelations she made on the “Off the Vine” podcast.

Kelly’s relationship with Matthew dates back their college days together at the University of Georgia.

Of course, Matthew was the big man on campus in Athens as the star quarterback of the Bulldogs. Meanwhile, Kelly was on the cheerleading team.

She admitted on the podcast that she once dated Matthew’s backup quarterback in order to make him jealous.

“Long story short, it wasn’t that cute of a relationship at first. I hated him. I loved him. I dated the backup to piss him off, which worked,” she said.

“He was the bad boy too,” Kelly said of the backup. “Matthew is so sweet and southern gentleman and the backup was the complete opposite.”

“They lived in the same dorm because athletes lived in the same dorm and he would see my car there. So, at one point, he waited and followed me out to my car and got in my car and wouldn’t get out.”

“He was like, ‘He’s not right for you.’ and I was like, ‘You can’t tell me that. Get the f*ck out of my car … Meanwhile, he’s dating like 12/10s, supermodels.”

“I was coming out of high school. I was in a long relationship in high school. So I was like, ‘You know, I want to take my time,’” Kelly explained of her mindset at the time.

“We met, talked all night, had a really good time. But he was a quarterback of an SEC college,” she said of Stafford.

Despite the rocky start, Kelly and Matthew’s relationship evolved, and they eventually married in 2015.

The loving couple now has four daughters: 6-year-old twins Chandler and Sawyer, Hunter, 5, and Tyler, 3.

Reflecting on their journey, Kelly joked: “It was a lot of back and forth. I think if you ask anyone who knew us at Georgia if they thought we would’ve ended up together with four kids, they would’ve laughed their asses off.”

While Kelly didn’t name which backup quarterback she was referring to, a legion of internet investigators quickly got on the case.

There were four main suspects in the matter: #19 Logan Gray, #15 Blake Barnes, #17 Jonathan deLaureal and #14 Joe Cox.

While there is strong speculation that the backup quarterback who Kelly was referring to is Logan Gray, there were many who thought that Joe Cox could be the mystery man.

Interestingly, Cox currently serves as the tight ends coach for Lane Kiffin’s Ole Miss Rebels.

Never shy to comment on just about anything, Kiffin took to social media to react to a controversial post by former NFL player Antonio Brown who seemed to indicate that Cox could indeed be the backup quarterback in question.

Unsurprisingly, Brown responded to Kiffin in typical AB fashion…

To his credit, Kiffin fired right back by calling Brown a clown…

Cox has avoided all of the drama and has yet to publicly address the rumors.

He recently posted a video on social media from inside Vaught-Hemingway Stadium as he and the Rebels prepare for the upcoming season.

2024 is shaping up to potentially be a historic year for the Rebs. They will enter the season as legitimate national title contenders and are the best team that Kiffin’s had – at least on paper – during his entire Ole Miss tenure.

As for Mrs. Stafford, the comments she made on the podcast haven’t gone over as smoothly as planned.

While humorous in nature, her comments have rubbed a lot of people the wrong way who felt she embarrassingly dragged Matthew through the mud.

ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith is one of the many who felt her remarks were in bad taste.

“If you are Mrs. Stafford, what could possibly make you think that it is okay for you to go home, after revealing to the public, I kicked it with his backup? … What possible advantage could you peel from that?” Smith said.

What are your thoughts on Kelly’s comments?

How about Kiffin finding a way to involve himself in the matter?

Speaking of which, is Kiffin indeed the most entertaining coach in all of college football???

(Love him or hate him, you have to admit the man is a content machine!)
