REACTION: Rangers Win First World Series In Franchise History: Is A Dynasty Brewing??

The Texas Rangers have finally won their first-ever World Series in franchise history.

They proved they were the much-better team during the course of their convincing five-game series win over the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Their resounding 5-0 victory on the road at Chase Field left no doubt about that.

Most impressively, they set a new MLB record for going a perfect 11-0 on the road during the course of the postseason.

Speaking after the game, Rangers manager Bruce Bochy couldn’t contain his emotions, stating: “It’s unreal. I just can’t count my blessings enough, to be part of this group, ownership, front office, this group of determined men that were so resilient all year.”

Corey Seager was outstanding all series long and proved to be worth every penny of the massive contract he signed in Texas … He won World Series MVP honors.

The victory holds significant importance for the Rangers franchise, which has faced numerous challenges and disappointments over its 63-year history.

The franchise, which initially began as the Washington Senators in 1961 before moving to Texas, had to wait 35 years to reach the playoffs and an additional 14 seasons to advance past a round.

Previous World Series appearances in 2010 and 2011 ended in heart-wrenching defeats, making this victory all the more special for the team and its loyal fan base.

That loyal fan base was out in full-force on social media last night…

“They did it! And to go 11-0 on the road in the postseason is absolutely wild. Insanely impressive and well deserved championship!”

“50+ years of pain and suffering has finally come to an end … Our Texas Rangers are World Champions.”

“Thanks so much for posting this!! I have been following this team since I was eight years old in 1972 when they moved here from DC, and hearing Eric Nadel call the final strike is simply beautiful!!”

“Absolutely deserved. Glad to see Seager get his ring.”

“Took a shower after the game and named off so many of the past Rangers’ greats that never got this moment. Might’ve leaked a tear or two.”

“Texas took it higher! This is a moment no Texas fan will ever forget.”

“Such a great postseason run, what a great way to bring it home!”

“The best Texas team won and they didn’t need to cheat.”

“I cant help but argue the Rangers dont deserve to win this year, they had it easy with the Rays/Orioles and got the Astros on a bad week … Its unfair seeing teams like this luck into World Series wins while my Mets are at home not playing. Its just not fair.”

“It’s better with Creed on the final call.”

Looking at the structure of the Rangers, do you think they have the potential to be a dynasty???
