HARSH REACTION: NFL Legend Gets MASSACRED For Saying That Alabama Would Beat Michigan “By 30 Points” … Where Was He On New Years Day?!?

We’re a week removed from the college football national championship game.

Congratulations to Jim Harbaugh and the Michigan Wolverines who were dominant all year long as they capped off a magical undefeated season.

One thing we know about society is there will always be haters who will just hate for hate sake.

A lot of people hated to see Michigan win the title. Some of those people despise them for the sign-stealing scandal. Some hate them because they’re rivals. While some just hate them because they’re jealous of their success.

All of that is well and good. However, if you’re going to hate, you should try your best to maintain at least a shred of common sense.

That’s where Baltimore Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey comes in…

Humphrey is a proud Alabama man. However, he seemed to have lost his mind when he tweeted during Michigan’s title game against Washington that “Alabama beats both these teams by 30. Lights were way too bright for Washington.”

Of course, the one major problem with his statement is the fact that Michigan had ALREADY beaten the Crimson Tide a week earlier.

The Wolverines 27-20 overtime win over Alabama in the Rose Bowl was much more decisive than what the final score indicated.

Is it possible that Humphrey actually forgot that his Tide had already lost to Michigan?

Or was he just looking for attention by tweeting something so ridiculous?

Either way, his statement went viral on social media and the football world sure put him in his place…

“CTE is still a major problem in the NFL. (I’m a Ravens fan).”

“the alabama education is showing.”

“If only this could have been proven on the field……… Oh that’s right, it was.”

“Bro, big Alabama fan here, we had our chance and Michigans D line was light years better then Bama, maybe next year, but your absolutely wrong. Georgia is the only team that competes with Michigan this year.”

“WHAT?”

“If only they could have played one of them……”

“But. Rose Bowl….”

“Come on Marlon.”

Regarding Humphrey’s beloved Crimson Tide – were you surprised by Nick Saban’s decision to retire?

Do you think the new Wild Wild West world of NIL and the transfer portal is what drove him out?

What are your thoughts on the Kalen DeBoer hire???
