Carson Beck has made plenty of headlines since his devastating injury on the final play of the first half in Georgia’s SEC Championship Game against Texas.
Of course, Beck would go on to transfer to Miami where he hopes to lead the Hurricanes to a CFP playoff berth next season (and improve his draft stock).
Unfortunately, Beck is back in the news for all the wrong reasons, none of which are his fault this time.
Two of Beck’s vehicles were stolen in the middle of the night in South Florida.
The incident comes just weeks after Beck made one of the most talked-about moves of the offseason, transferring to Miami following an initial declaration for the 2025 NFL Draft.
His transition to the Hurricanes has now hit an early hurdle as reports emerged that his Lamborghini and Mercedes were stolen overnight.
His girlfriend, Hanna Cavinder, also had her SUV stolen, though authorities have since recovered her vehicle. As of now, police are still searching for Beck’s missing cars.
Beck’s affinity for luxury automobiles is well-documented.
During his final season at Georgia, it was revealed that he had acquired a Lamborghini SUV, reflecting his passion for high-end vehicles.
The star quarterback put up impressive numbers during his tenure with the Bulldogs, throwing for 7,912 yards, 58 touchdowns, and 20 interceptions.
Having said that, Beck never quite lived up to the sky-high expectations that were set for him.
Prior to the 2024 season, many analysts pegged him as the favorite to win the Heisman Trophy and ultimately become the No. 1 pick in the NFL Draft.
Perhaps all of that will still happen, just a year later than expected.
Beck continues to rehab his UCL injury, but is expected to make a full recovery in time for the 2025 season.
