“You’re Killing Me Smalls!!”: Insane Footage Shows Iconic Baseball Star Committing Terrifying Act Which Led To Disturbing Arrest (VIDEO)

Please do me a favor and put on your best thinking cap for a minute…

I have a challenge for you … Other than Field of Dreams and For Love of the Game, name me a baseball movie that’s better than The Sandlot???

That’s what I thought … You obviously can’t – because one doesn’t exist.

It doesn’t matter how old you are.

The Sandlot transcends time. There’s not a soul alive that doesn’t love it.

It doesn’t matter what year or era you were born in – we all feel nostalgic when we watch that magical film.

Over the Top. Gangs of New York. The Godfather. Goodfellas. Gladiator. Braveheart. Warrior. Rudy. Rocky. Friday Night Lights. The Town. The Sandlot.

What do all of these movies have in common??? … We all stop whatever we’re doing and watch them whenever they’re on.

No matter what.

Unfortunately, The Sandlot was recently in the news for all of the wrong reasons.

Tom Guiry, aka Scotty Smalls from “you’re killing me Smalls” fame, was busted for a series of bizarre events.

The 42-year-old actor was caught on camera throwing a dumbbell through the windshield of his neighbor’s Jeep.

He was later captured on camera brandishing a knife at his front door.

Surveillance footage obtained by TMZ captures a shirtless Guiry tossing a 35-pound dumbbell at the windshield of his neighbor’s white Jeep in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

The impact created a significant dent in the glass before the dumbbell rolled off the hood.

The footage shows Guiry nonchalantly walking through the neighbor’s yard and crossing the street to his home.

According to the Horry County Sheriff’s Office, the Jeep’s owner confronted Guiry, informing him that his window was shattered.

Guiry responded, “That sucks man, I’ll pay you back, I’m sorry, I’m gonna get you back,” as reported by local outlet WMBF.

Additional security footage from the neighbor’s doorbell camera shows Guiry approaching the front door with a knife.

Police were called to the scene and found Guiry standing in the middle of the road.

He admitted to causing the damage and was subsequently arrested. Guiry faced charges of third-degree assault and battery and malicious injury to personal property.

He was booked into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center on June 2 and released the following day on a $1,000 bond. The cause of the dispute remains unclear.

This incident marks Guiry’s second brush with the law. In 2013, he was arrested in Hamilton, New Jersey, for assaulting a public servant after headbutting a police officer during a drunken altercation at Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston.

While Guiry is most well-known for his iconic role as Scotty Smalls in The Sandlot, he has also appeared in several other movies and television shows.

Among his best performances was his role as Brendan Harris in “Mystic River” as well as his role as Jimmy Donnelly in the criminally underrated series “The Black Donnellys.”

What are your thoughts on this bizarre story?

On a brighter note, what are your thoughts on The Sandlot?

Do you consider it one of the three greatest films in cinema history? … Or is it more like top five???
