“We’re Looking At Money”: Donald Trump Knew Justin Jefferson Was Going To Be “So Rich”

Justin Jefferson is arguably the best wide receiver in the entire NFL.

The Minnesota Vikings superstar is surely in-line for a massive pay day – most likely a record-breaking one for his position.

Drafted #22 overall in the 2020 NFL Draft, many people thought he’d be great – but not THIS great.

However, one person in particular apparently saw it coming.

Back in 2019, during a White House visit by the national champion LSU Tigers, President Donald Trump made a bold claim about Jefferson, who was Joe Burrow’s go-to playmaker on the historic undefeated squad.

“Justin Jefferson had 14 receptions for 227 receiving yards and 4 touchdowns, a college football playoff record. He’s gonna be so rich … We’re looking at money,” Trump said.

Sure enough, Jefferson has translated his talents perfectly to the NFL and is dominant on a week-to-week basis (other than the occasional fumble out of the endzone).

Since joining the Vikings, Justin Jefferson has shattered numerous records, earning Pro Bowl honors three consecutive times and securing a spot on the All-Pro team.

He was spectacular last season when he led the NFL in receiving yards, earning him the prestigious Offensive Player of the Year award.

Is Jefferson indeed the best wide receiver in football?

What type of contract do you think he’s deserving of?
