WATCH: The Football World Is Loving Jim Harbaugh’s Brand-New Tattoo … But Just How Bad Will Michigan Suffer From His Departure??

Love him or hate him, there is only one Jim Harbaugh.

College football Saturdays are going to look a whole lot different without Big Jim patrolling the sidelines in his khakis.

After accomplishing his ultimate goal of winning the national championship with the Wolverines, Harbaugh headed back to the NFL where he is now in charge of the Los Angeles Chargers.

Even though his days in the Midwest may be over (at least temporarily), Harbaugh made sure to make good on a promise he made to his players.

Harbaugh made it clear that he would gladly get a tattoo if his Wolverine team won the national title. And if you think he was going to welch on that promise, you don’t know Jim Harbaugh.

Before the Wolverines much-anticipated spring game, Harbaugh sat down to get inked.

His new tattoo includes Michigan’s famous block M and a bold “15-0” underneath to represent the Wolverines undefeated 2023 record.

“I’m impervious to pain,” Harbaugh said while being tattooed. “I can see why once you get one [tattoo], you might want to start adding to it.”

Former Michigan cornerback Mike Sainristil, whose interception secured the title victory over Washington, shared videos of Harbaugh’s tattoo moment on social media, garnering reactions from both the NFL and college football world.

“I loved it,” expressed running back Donovan Edwards. “Coach Harbaugh, he’s a man of his word.”

The tattoo pledge was made during Michigan’s exhilarating journey through the College Football Playoff, with Harbaugh vowing to ink his first tattoo if they won the national title.

“I’m going to put it on my shoulder,” he declared at the time, envisioning an M adorned in maize and blue.

With Harbaugh gone, there will surely be an adjustment period for Michigan.

Although, the Wolverines figure to be in good hands with new head coach Sherrone Moore taking over.

There might be some growing pains, but Moore is cut from the Big Jim cloth and is determined to keep the “Harbaugh Way” alive and well in Ann Arbor.

What are your thoughts on Harbaugh’s tattoo?

Granted, it’s not necessarily the most creative Michigan tattoo in the world – but hey, it’s very “Harbaugh-ish,” isn’t it?

Looking ahead, how do you think Moore will do as head coach?

Will the Wolverines make it back to the Playoff this season?

Where do you rank last year’s Wolverines among the best college football teams in recent memory???
