All four first-round MLB playoff series have officially concluded.
Unfortunately for drama-seekers, all four ended in series sweeps … The Texas Rangers, Minnesota Twins, Arizona Diamondbacks and Philadelphia Phillies will all be moving on to this divisional series which will kick off this weekend.
Even though we don’t have any decisive game 3’s to look forward to tonight, the Wild Card round did provide us with plenty of fireworks.
The Texas Rangers were ultra-impressive with their clinical beating of the 99-win Tampa Bay Rays…

No one was having more fun in the Wild Card round than the Philadelphia Phillies.
Philly has become the toughest place to play in the league. They have a football-like atmosphere at Citizen’s Bank Park that brings out the best in Bryce Harper and the gang.
Suddenly, the Phillies are looking like legitimate World Series contenders…
