Most people consider Justin Jefferson to be the best wide receiver in all of football.
He’s destined to become the highest-paid receiver in NFL history and has yet to even reach his prime yet … Scary thought.
🚨REPORT: The #Vikings are NOT going to trade superstar WR Justin Jefferson and he will be on the roster for the “foreseeable future,” per Albert Breer.
Jefferson is expected to signed a contract for more than 30 MILLION DOLLARS PER YEAR, with high guarantees.

Jefferson’s Minnesota Vikings are in a bit of a transition after saying goodbye to franchise quarterback Kirk Cousins.
The decision to let Cousins walk almost guarantees that Minnesota will do whatever it takes to lock Jefferson up to a long-term deal.
Having said that, not having a concrete answer at the quarterback position has to make Jefferson just a tad uneasy.Â

Speaking of quarterbacks, Jefferson recently joined Kevin Hart on his “Cold As Balls” show and heaped all sorts of praise on his college quarterback Joe Burrow.Â
Burrow, considered by some as the best quarterback in football, is set to return to the field following a season-ending wrist injury he suffered in 2023.

It’s crazy to think about now, but Burrow was on the same LSU team as Jefferson and fellow star wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase.
Needless to say, that trio helped lead the Tigers to an undefeated national championship season in 2019.Â
Some even consider that LSU team as the best in college football history.Â

Of course, Chase is now teamed-up with Burrow in Cincinnati where the two share one of the deadliest connections in football.Â
Jefferson admitted to Hart that he’s a little jealous of the bond his two former college teammates now share in the pros.Â
“I love them together, I love the chemistry that they have, but it’s definitely some jealousy on that side,” Jefferson said.Â
Following their college careers at LSU, Burrow was selected as the first overall pick by the Cincinnati Bengals in 2020, with Chase joining him in Cincy as the fifth overall pick in 2021.
(Jefferson miraculously fell to the 22nd overall pick in 2020.)
The People: It’s clown behavior to think the Bengals are going to trade for Justin Jefferson

It’s probably unrealistic for multiple reasons, but do you think there’s ANY chance Jefferson somehow finds his way to the Bengals?
The Vikings clearly want to keep him, but they could get a fortunate of assets in exchange for trading him.
Having said that, trying to fit all the current talent on the Bengals PLUS Jefferson under the salary cap would be quite the challenge no matter how smart of a general manager you have.Â
Vikings fans surely don’t want to even think about it – but wouldn’t that be something to have the three reunited once again…Â
