Eight-time Pro Bowler Von Miller of the Buffalo Bills turned himself in to the Glenn Heights Police Department on Thursday after an arrest warrant was issued for allegedly assaulting a pregnant woman.
The alleged incident unfolded on Wednesday in a suburban Dallas apartment, leading to Miller’s surrender and subsequent release on bond from the DeSoto Tri-City Jail.

The Dallas Police Department confirmed the warrant, initially reported by WFAA in Dallas, following a major disturbance call they responded to on Wednesday at 11 a.m. CT.
Preliminary investigations revealed that Miller and the woman, involved in a seven-year relationship, engaged in a verbal argument that escalated into an alleged assault.
Per the affidavit, the dispute began around 10:40 a.m. CT regarding the woman’s travel plans. The argument intensified when she retreated to the apartment’s office and slammed the door, visibly angering Miller.
He followed her into the office, demanding her departure, and allegedly assaulted her.

The affidavit details Miller pushing and shoving the woman, stepping on her feet, and applying pressure to her neck for three to five seconds.
He reportedly grabbed her phone, threw her laptop, and stomped on it.
The woman, who declared she was six weeks pregnant during the altercation, allegedly suffered injuries, including minor abrasions on her left hand, bruising on her neck consistent with applied pressure, and additional bruising on her abdomen and left bicep.
The woman managed to record part of the incident on her phone as she attempted to gather her belongings.
Miller allegedly grabbed her again, pushing her onto a couch and applying pressure to her neck with both hands … Threatening to call the police prompted Miller to leave the residence.

Police, responding to the scene, found minor abrasions and injuries consistent with the woman’s account.
She received treatment for minor injuries but was not transported to a hospital … The investigation is ongoing.
The Buffalo Bills released a statement, saying: “This morning, we were made aware of an incident involving Von Miller. We are in the process of gathering more information and will have no further comment at this point.”
The NFL also issued a statement, expressing awareness of the matter and pledging to follow all legal developments.
The 34-year-old Miller previously faced investigation in 2021 by Colorado police, with no charges filed publicly.
The star pass-rusher signed a six-year, $120 million contract with the Bills in 2022. He is currently recovering from a right knee injury, with the Bills on their bye week.
Interestingly, there has already been a contradicting report … According to the woman who initially claimed she was assaulted, she now seems to be backtracking and says that Miller did not get physical after all.
“No one assaulted anyone. This is insane. And sad,” she reportedly texted WFAA when asked for comment on the situation.
WFAA has obtained the 911 call placed by NFL star Von Miller's girlfriend on Wednesday, which led to his Thursday arrest. Our reporters have also been communicating with her via text: "No one assaulted anyone," she texted. "This is insane. And sad." https://t.co/KVfKUGM1nm

Many on social media are suspecting that the woman either made up the assault allegations – or that an “understanding” was reached.
Same thing happened in basketball. It is harder and harder to respect women when it comes to domestic violence just makes it worse and worse for all women. Just take a stand. It’s yes or NO
