Terrell Owens Reveals Bombshell Story Of How Tom Brady Completely “Disrespected” Him … Does It Tarnish Brady’s Legacy??

Who could ever forget the bizarre sight of Antonio Brown tearing off his jersey and skipping off the field at MetLife Stadium back in January of 2022.

At the time, no one knew what the hell was going on – but since the incident involved AB, we knew that literally anything was possible.

Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers were attempting to repeat as Super Bowl champions.

Due to Brown’s inexplicable actions, it became clear that if they were going to go back-to-back, they were going to have to do so without him.

As it turns out, right after AB self-sabotaged his career into oblivion, another troubled wide receiver immediately reached out to Brady … Of course, I’m talking about Terrell Owens.

Appearing on “The Bubba Dub Show,” Owens explained how he approached Brady with a proposition to step in and fill the gap left by Brown.

Despite his illustrious career, which includes 15,934 receiving yards, 153 touchdowns, and six Pro Bowl appearances, Owens was met with absolute silence by TB12.

“Tom Brady ignored me, bro,” Owens said during the interview. “I reached out to him through Randy [Moss] and a couple of other people, you know this dude really ignored me, bro.”

Never one to lack confidence, Owens believed he was more than capable of stepping in for AB.

He was hungry to add a Lombardi Trophy to his Hall of Fame resume, but Brady’s silence left him feeling “disrespected.”

“Just shows you how, like, the lack of respect is,” Owens added. “But then when they get in front of you they want to act like they respect you.”

In fairness, you can’t blame Brady for not being interested.

Considering the selfish stunt that Brown pulled, Brady was assumingly done dealing with diva receivers.

Also, it should be noted that Owens’ last game played in the NFL was back in 2010!!!

What are your thoughts on Brady ignoring Owens’ offer?

Should he have at least responded to him?

Knowing that the Bucs ultimately lost a heartbreaker to the Los Angeles Rams in the playoffs, do you think Brady regrets his decision to dismiss Owens so quickly?

In the bigger picture, where do you rank Owens among the top wide receivers in NFL history???
