Travis Kelce’s new relationship with pop music superstar Taylor Swift is pretty much the talk of the country right now.
Their romance has extended past the football world and on into the pop culture world.
For better or worse, nearly everyone has an opinion on it – and shockingly, that includes New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick.
Appearing on WEEI’s “The Greg Hill Show,” Belichick, known for his stoic demeanor, broke character when asked about the Kelce-Swift pairing.
“Swiftie to Swiftie,” said co-host Courtney Cox, addressing Belichick. “It seems like they may be the new ‘it’ couple, where do you fall on that?”
Belichick responded with a touch of humor: “Well, I would say that Travis Kelce has had a lot of big catches in his career. This would be the biggest.”
The uncharacteristic response from Belichick elicited laughter from the hosts, with Cox chiming in, “Nailed it,” and Belichick himself acknowledging, “Good question.”

The Kelce-Swift saga began to take center stage in the NFL world following Swift’s presence at Arrowhead Stadium during the Chiefs game against the Chicago Bears.
Swift appeared to be thoroughly enjoying herself at the game with Kelce’s mother, Donna.
The 12-time Grammy winner was captured on camera enthusiastically cheering for Kelce when he scored a touchdown in the third quarter.

After the game, Kelce and Swift were seen walking together in the back hallways of the stadium…

The duo was later spotted leaving the stadium together in Kelce’s car…
