Surprising Favorite Emerges To Replace Jim Harbaugh If He Leaves Michigan

It’s anyone’s best guess what ends up happening with Michigan Wolverines head coach Jim Harbaugh.

Despite Harbaugh denying any involvement, the sign-stealing scandal seems to be getting worse by the day and certainly won’t be going away anytime soon.

Michigan may very well win the national championship this season … They do look to have the best team in the country after all.

Having said that, there’s a legitimate possibility that Harbaugh is no longer the Wolverines head coach in 2024.

If that does indeed end up being the case, many have wondered who would replace Harbaugh in Ann Arbor.

According to Dave Briggs of The Toledo Blade (via SportsBetting.ag), Minnesota head coach P.J. Fleck is considered the favorite to take over for Big Jim if he were to depart.

Of course, these types of odds can be very goofy.

After all, there’s more than a few names listed that have absolutely no chance of taking over for Harbaugh.

Fleck however is a legitimate one … All things considered, he’s done a solid job with the Gophers and is very well-respected in the coaching world.

What do you think of Fleck possibly taking over for Harbaugh?

Who should be considered the favorite?

When it’s all said and done, what do you think ends up happening with Harbaugh.

(All of this speculation is probably a waste of time. We all know there’s a better chance than not that Harbaugh is right back in the Big House in 2024 and beyond.)
