Surprising Details Emerge Revealing Bill Belichick’s Grand Future Plans … Major Mistake??

Imagine someone telling you a year ago this time that we would enter the 2024 NFL season and Bill Belichick would be without a job.

Better yet, imagine someone telling you that he would end up dating a former cheerleader who is 48-years younger than him.

Both would sound pretty crazy right? … But yet here we are.

Belichick isn’t completely jobless as it turns out.

Sure, he may be out of coaching – but he will still be a part of our football lives.

He is set to appear on the Pat McAfee Show every Monday during the season as well as with Peyton and Eli on the ultra-popular Monday Night Football “ManningCast.”

He also just signed on to do analyst work on “Inside the NFL.”

That’s all well and good (and somewhat surprising) – but everyone wants to know if he plans to return to coaching…

Well, according to Tom Pelissero of the NFL Network, he sure does.

“Bill Belichick intends to coach in 2025,” Pelissero reported. “He’s staying engaged in the game. He’s showing up to roasts. He’s now going to be on ‘Inside the NFL.’ We’ve seen him showing up to different events.

“He’s fully invested in he wants to coach again … He wants to pursue the all-time wins record. Those are things that really matter a lot to Bill Belichick.”

Belichick’s motivation for continuing his coaching career is clear: he aims to surpass Don Shula’s record for the most coaching wins in NFL history.

The initial expectation following Belichick’s shocking departure from the New England Patriots after a disastrous 2023 season was that he would immediately find another coaching position.

He was linked to several teams, most notably the Atlanta Falcons, but Atlanta ended up choosing Raheem Morris as their head coach.

There are rumors that Patriots owner Robert Kraft played a role in convincing Arthur Blank and the Falcons not to hire him.

Belichick is widely-regarded as the greatest coach in NFL history.

No matter where you stand on the whole Brady vs. Belichick debate, the fact of the matter is they achieved that unprecedented level of sustained excellence because they had each other.

As phenomenal as Brady was, anyone would be foolish to downplay Belichick’s coaching genius.

For now, Belichick remains closely tied to the NFL through his new media ventures.

He surprised many with his appearance at Brady’s infamous Netflix roast, and garnered positive reviews for his insights during Pat McAfee’s NFL Draft Spectacular.

As if there was ever any doubt, Belichick seems determined to return to coaching following this season.

(Although that’s a two-way street and it will take a team to tango…)

What do you think of Belichick wanting to continue coaching? … You’re not surprised, are you?

Where do you think he will end up? … Giants? Cowboys? Eagles? Someone else?

Is Belichick indeed the greatest coach in NFL history???
