Stefon Diggs Takes Vicious Shot At Buffalo, Likes Tweet Calling Bills Mafia The “Worst Fan Base” In Football … Does He Have A Point??

In the aftermath of the blockbuster trade that sent star wide receiver Stefon Diggs from the Buffalo Bills to the Houston Texans, Diggs has subtly thrown shade at his former team, hinting at underlying dissatisfaction.

The trade saw Diggs and future draft picks move to Houston in exchange for a second-round pick in 2025.

Alongside the trade, Diggs’ contract was adjusted, granting him free agency after the 2024 season.

Diggs’ discontent with the Bills had been brewing since their AFC Divisional Round loss to the Cincinnati Bengals in 2022.

Recently, Diggs garnered attention from fans and media alike when he ‘liked’ a tweet criticizing the Bills fanbase, suggesting they might be “the worst fanbase.”

Additionally, he responded to a fan on social media who implied that he wasn’t essential to former teammate Josh Allen’s success, indicating some underlying tension.

In his last season with the Bills, Diggs amassed impressive stats, tallying 107 receptions for 1,183 yards and eight touchdowns.

However, as the season went on, it was clear that Diggs was simply no longer the player he used to be.

Throughout his career, Diggs has been a constant force, accumulating 810 receptions for 9,995 yards and 67 touchdowns.

Now with the young and talented Texans, Diggs figures to be rejuvenated in what will be a fresh start and clean slate for him.

Interestingly, the Bills visit the Texans next season.

Although it would be even more juicy if the game was in Buffalo, it’s safe to say that matchup will wind up in primetime.

Never a stranger to drama or controversy, Diggs’ shots at the Bills fan base shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise.

Having said that, Buffalo fans are well-known as some of the most loyal and passionate in all of sports.

What are your thoughts on Diggs’ dig at Bills Mafia??? (See what I did there?)

More importantly, what are your thoughts on the trade itself?

Was it simply time for the Bills to move on from Diggs?

Are you a believer that there was a clear rift between Allen and Diggs? Or was that whole storyline overblown?

What about the direction of both the Bills and Texans?

Which franchise is in better shape going forward???
