REVEALED: With CFB Returning In Just 3 Months, Here’s The Top 25 Teams Entering The Season … Can Anybody Beat Georgia??

Believe it or not, we are now under three months away from the start of the 2024 college football season.

While it’s true these next three months will feel more like three years, the fact of the matter is the season is inching closer and closer.

With spring football in the books, USA Today has released their updated post-spring Top 25 rankings for the upcoming season.

Topping the charts in USA Today’s latest poll is none other than the Georgia Bulldogs.

Kirby Smart’s Dawgs came so very close to having a chance to compete for a historic three-peat last season.

Their devastating loss to rival Alabama in the SEC Championship Game cost them that opportunity.

Returning Heisman Trophy front-runner Carson Beck at quarterback, Smart’s squad figures to be more motivated than ever to reclaim the national title.

Georgia’s rise to the top of the rankings is attributed to their strong offseason and sharp spring practices.

While far from the only impactful Bulldog on the roster, Beck’s sky-high potential ensures that Georgia will be favored in every single game on their schedule.

“Led by one of the nation’s top quarterbacks in Carson Beck, the Bulldogs left spring practices looking the part of the best team in the Bowl Subdivision and the current favorite to win a third national championship in four years,” USA Today stated.

Here’s a look at USA Today’s complete post-spring top 25 rankings…

#2. Ohio State

It would be foolish and downright reckless to not mention how loaded the Ohio State Buckeyes are entering the 2024 season.

You can certainly make the argument that Ryan Day’s team is every bit as talented as Georgia.

The Buckeyes are sure to be just as hungry – if not hungrier – than the Bulldogs this year as well.

Coming off three-straight losses to rival Michigan, and with Day starting to feel his seat getting warmer and warmer, there’s no better time for Ohio State to finally break through and win their first national title in the post-Urban Meyer era.

No matter what polls or predictions you look at, most people agree that Georgia and Ohio State are the two best teams in the country.

Some have the Bulldogs on top (like USA Today), while others give the nod to the Buckeyes (like On3 Sports).

Fortunately for us, we won’t have to wait too much longer to see how it all plays out…

What are your thoughts on USA Today’s top 25 rankings?

What did they get right? What did they get wrong?

Do you agree that Georgia and Ohio State are undoubtedly the two best teams in the country?

Who will end up winning national championship???
