REPORT: With Tensions Building, Micah Parsons Reveals The One Team He Would Leave Dallas For … Will It Happen??

Justin Jefferson rocked the football world earlier this week when he signed a record-breaking four-year, $140 million dollar extension with the Minnesota Vikings.

The deal comes with $110 million guaranteed and is the largest contract ever signed by a wide receiver in NFL history.

Just as notable is the fact that it’s the largest deal ever signed by a non-quarterback…EVER.

On a side note, see below … Is that not the craziest thing you’ve ever seen in your life?!?

A fellow non-quarterback who is eyeing to top the deal Jefferson signed is none other than Dallas Cowboys All-Pro linebacker Micah Parsons.

Parsons has in many ways taken the NFL by storm ever since being drafted out of Penn State back in 2021.

Just turning 25-years-old, Parsons has made All-Pro in all three years of his career and still has not come close to approaching his prime yet.

While there are rumors about him not being the easiest guy to get along with, Parsons’ impact and importance on the Cowboy defense is absolutely undeniable.

Jerry Jones and the Dallas front office has several monumental decisions to make in the near future.

They have to decide what to do with Parsons, quarterback Dak Prescott and wide receiver CeeDee Lamb … All three are in line for massive paydays.

While Parsons has made it clear he’s in no rush to ink an extension, he also wants to make sure he gets paid his worth.

Jones has stated publicly that he wants all three to remain Cowboys for life.

Of course, things don’t already work out the way you want or plan. So, that begs the question: What if Parsons ends up leaving Dallas? … Where could he possibly head to?

Well, according to reports, if he were to leave Dallas he would want to play for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Parsons is a Pennsylvania-native and stated that Mike Tomlin is the main reason why he’d be interested in joining the Steelers.

It should be noted that Parsons made it perfectly clear that his intention and priority is to remain in Dallas.

However, the thought of him teaming-up with T.J. Watt on Pittsburgh’s defense is quite interesting to think about.

(Even if Parsons previously disrespected Watt…)

Parsons’ trajectory has been nothing short of remarkable, showcasing steady improvement since his rookie year. With 40.5 sacks to his name over his initial three seasons, he stands among an elite few on the defensive side of the ball.

Speaking of defenders, San Francisco 49ers pass-rusher Nick Bosa currently stands as the highest-paid in the league with an average annual value of $34 million. (He signed a lucrative five-year, $170 million extension last year.)

Do you think Parsons is worthy of becoming the highest-paid non-quarterback in the league?

What do you think of him admitting that he’d be open to playing for the Steelers?

Of course, it’s something that’s very unlikely to happen. Having said that, should Cowboy fans be a little annoyed that he’s even talking about it???
