REPORT: THIS Team Is Attempting To Take One (Or More) Of LA’s High-Priced Stars Off Their Hands … Smart?? Or Costly Mistake??

With new head coach Jim Harbaugh in charge, the Los Angeles Chargers figure to be in great hands going forward.

Having said that, their salary cap situation is quite a mess.

They recently released wide receiver Mike Williams, which certainly helps matters. But they have several other crucial decisions to make.

The Chargers have important decisions to make in regard to wide receiver Keenan Allen and edge rushers Joey Bosa and Khalil Mack.

While Mack has agreed to restructure his contract, the Bolts are rumored to be shopping some of their players around the league.

Doug Kyed of the Boston Herald reported that the New England Patriots are one of the teams interested in possibly acquiring one or more of the Chargers high-priced stars.

It’s no secret that the Patriots offseason has been extremely underwhelming thus far.

With Bill Belichick long gone, new head coach Jerod Mayo and company have done very little to improve the team as a long, cold rebuilding process lurks on the horizon.

What are your thoughts on the Chargers potentially looking to trade some of their most effective players?

Necessary evil?

If you’re the Patriots, who should you have your eye on in particular?

New England clearly has money to spend – although it’s clear owner Robert Kraft isn’t anxious to spend it.

Was the inexperienced Jerod Mayo truly the right coach to replace Belichick?

Who will be the Patriots starting quarterback next season???
