REPORT: Inside Information Reveals Where Russell Wilson Will Likely End Up … Can He Lead Them To The Playoffs Next Season??

Needless to say, the Russell Wilson – Denver Broncos marriage will go down as one of the worst failures in recent NFL history.

You can’t necessarily kill the Broncos for making the trade for Wilson. You certainly understood their thought process.

But boy oh boy, does it look more hideous by the day.

It is widely assumed that Wilson has played his last game in a Broncos uniform.

By all accounts, head coach Sean Payton can’t stand him and wants no part of him as his starting quarterback.

To Payton’s credit, he gave Wilson every opportunity to prove himself this season, but he failed.

At 35-years-old, Wilson still has football left in him.

The question is who wants him, and will he be a starter or backup?

There is expected to be open quarterback competitions with a few teams across the league. As an experienced veteran whose won a Super Bowl (and should have won two), Wilson clearly wants to start.

Appearing on “Up & Adams” with Kay Adams, former NFL MVP Shaun Alexander revealed some interesting inside information he’s been hearing on Wilson.

“I’ve been hearing, maybe Atlanta,” Alexander told Adams.

“They’ve got a good tight end, good receivers, line’s okay…”

A move to Atlanta could be very interesting for Wilson. The Falcons have a few nice pieces and aren’t as far off as some perceive them to be.

Tight end Kyle Pitts has been largely underused in the offense. Wilson could potentially bring out the best in him … Same can be said for talented wide receiver Drake London.

The offensive line is solid and running back Bijan Robinson is coming off a stellar rookie season and figures to take a big step next year.

What do you think of Wilson-to-Atlanta?

Do you think that situation would rejuvenate Wilson’s career? … Or is washed up, and for lack of a better term, unsavable?

From a Falcons point-of-view, should they be interested in Wilson? … Or would they be better off looking elsewhere?

As far as the Broncos, what should they do going forward?

Finally, where would you rank the Wilson trade (and contract) among the worst in NFL history???
