Record-Breaking RB Breaks Silence Following Attempted MURDER Arrest … What Does The Future Hold For Him??

In the wake of his arrest in connection with a shooting incident in Farmerville, Louisiana, LSU running back Trey Holly has broken his silence, asserting his innocence in a statement shared on social media.

Holly is facing charges of attempted second-degree murder, aggravated criminal damage to property, and illegal use of a weapon.

addressing the allegations, Holly wrote that he is “100% innocent” and had nothing to do with the shooting.

“As you guys know I was recently arrested on 3 felony charges. I have been falsely identified, accused, and arrested,” Holly wrote on social media.

“I am 100% innocent and the people that know me know this is not my character at all. I was not involved in the incident at all. I was at home which is where the incident took place.”

“I turned myself in because I was notified of an arrest warranted and I wanted to fully cooperate. Due to this being an ongoing investigation I cannot give many details. To my fans I’m sorry for the confusion but you guys know this is not me at all.”

“I will come back better than ever and I look forward to proving my innocence. To the REAL ONES thank you guys for standing beside me through this tough time, I got this and my story will be told one day and it will be LEGENDARY. #1TSPERSONAL.”

The Union Parish Sheriff’s office in Farmerville confirmed that two individuals were injured in the shooting, with charges laid against Holly and two others in connection with the incident.

The investigation is ongoing, with authorities striving to unravel the circumstances surrounding the incident.

LSU has responded to the situation by suspending Holly, who has pledged continued cooperation with the investigation as he seeks to clear his name and return to the field.

Holly, a standout high school athlete from Union Parish High School, arrived at LSU with an impressive track record, having set Louisiana’s all-time rushing record with an astounding 10,523 yards and scoring 160 touchdowns throughout his high school career.

He was ranked as the #10 running back and the #172 overall player in the Class of 2023.
