Aaron Rodgers’ road to recovery has made significant progress in a very short period of time.
After tearing his Achilles tendon in the Jets first game of the season, the vast majority of the football world thought that not only was Rodgers’ 2023 season over – but his entire career may be over too.
If yesterday was any sign, it seems like Rodgers may very well have a legitimate chance to make a comeback THIS season.
When he told Pat McAfee that his goal was to make it back on the field this year, most people rolled their eyes and chalked it up to “Aaron being Aaron.”
Well, he was in attendance at yesterday’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles and he was moving around pretty damn good.

Not only was he walking around without crutches, which is remarkable in its own right, he was throwing the ball around on the field before the game…

To their credit, the Jets are staying afloat in the playoff picture.
By pulling off the impressive upset over the Eagles yesterday, they now stand at 3-3 and are right in the thick of things.

Needless to say, the sight of Rodgers moving around so well has convinced a large portion of Gang Green’s fan base that he will indeed be donning a Jets jersey again this season…
