Carlos Correa and the Minnesota Twins are heading to the ALDS after their impressive sweep of the Toronto Blue Jays.
Correa was instrumental in the Twins two-game sweep of the Jays. He put Minnesota on the board with his RBI single in the fourth inning yesterday, and the the Twins never looked back.
