Sale records have yet to be finalized, but reports indicate that it’s a done deal and Rodgers is a happy man.
The speculation about Rodgers’ purchase was first reported by the Daily Mail.
Joan Keller Barrett, who jointly listed the property with Richard Stanton of the Stanton Company, said that she was unsure of who the buyer was, but that the purchase was made under an LLC.
