Micah Parsons Describes Challenging Incident During Cowboys’ Win Over Panthers On Sunday

Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons experienced multiple instances of vomiting during Sunday’s game against the Carolina Panthers.

Parsons, who was caught on camera throwing up on the sideline, clarified that he wasn’t dealing with any illness. The issue arose from consuming an excessive amount of C4 energy powder before the game, causing a stomach problem, as he informed reporters.

“I got some water to help put it down,” Parsons explained. “By the fifth play, it felt like my heart was gonna jump outta my chest. I felt like I was about to explode. I’m never doing that s— again.”

C4 Energy is a caffeinated pre-workout supplement available in drink and powdered forms, known for side effects like nausea and increased blood pressure.

Despite feeling unwell, Parsons delivered an impressive performance, securing 2.5 sacks and six total tackles in the Cowboys’ 33-10 victory over the Panthers.

With Parsons contributing 2.5 sacks, the Cowboys totaled seven sacks in the game, and Parsons reached a season total of 10 with six tackles for loss. This achievement makes him the first player in franchise history to record at least 10 sacks in each of his first three seasons.

In addition to the strong defensive showing, the Cowboys scored a pick-six, courtesy of cornerback DaRon Bland.
