Micah Parsons Critiques Tua Tagovailoa In Recent Remarks About Tyreek Hill (VIDEO)

The 2023 NFL season is shaping up to be a year where non-quarterbacks make a strong case for the MVP award. The last time a non-quarterback won this prestigious award was back in 2012 when Adrian Peterson, a running back for the Vikings, took home the honors. However, Cowboys’ standout linebacker Micah Parsons is advocating for Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill to get some well-deserved recognition this year.

During an episode of “The Edge with Micah Parsons,” his podcast in collaboration with Bleacher Report, Parsons made a compelling MVP case for Hill. In doing so, he didn’t hold back when discussing Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa.

Parsons confidently expressed, “I am talking crazy right now… I truly believe I could be Tyreek Hill’s quarterback. I could throw it up to Tyreek Hill… This might be the crazy Madden side of me, but he’s just that good.”

Although Parsons didn’t directly criticize Tua, his comments left little room for interpretation. The underlying message was clear.

Tyreek Hill’s performance this season has been nothing short of outstanding. He currently leads the league with an impressive 1,481 receiving yards, averaging 123.4 yards per game. If he maintains this pace, he could secure the fourth spot in NFL history for the highest single-season receiving yards.

In an extended 17-game season, Hill is on track to set a new NFL record with a staggering 2,098 receiving yards.

On the flip side, Dolphins’ quarterback Tua Tagovailoa has posted solid numbers with 3,457 passing yards and 24 touchdown passes for the year. However, Parsons’ comments suggest that he sees Hill’s contributions as a standout factor.

Football fans can look forward to an exciting showdown between the Dolphins and the Cowboys at Hard Rock Stadium on Christmas Eve. The outcome of this game could have significant implications as the playoffs draw nearer. Who knows, these two teams might even meet again in the Super Bowl showdown.
