LEAKED: Here Are The Texans BRAND-NEW Uniforms For The 2024 Season … Improvement Or Butcher Job??

Thanks in large part to quarterback C.J. Stroud’s brilliant rookie season, the Houston Texans figure to be a force to be reckoned with for years to come.

(Imagine making that statement a year ago???)

The arrow is sharply pointing up for Houston, and a brand-new era of Texans football is certainly upon us.

With that brand-new era comes brand-new uniforms…

The football world got excited when the Texans new uniforms seemed to be leaked on Reddit.

The new look split fans with some loving it and others hating it … While some found the leaked design to be a little fishy.

Hilariously, the Texans decided to take matters into their own hands and responded to the rumor directly.

Houston CEO Cal McNair responded to the leak himself by posting official photos of the Texans new road uniforms.

“Leaked pic? How about a real photo of Nico (Collins) and Tank (Dell)!? Way more to come in April,” McNair posted.

The Texans, who have sported the same primary uniforms since their inception into the NFL in 2002, are embracing change with the introduction of their new design.

Departing from tradition, the team’s new white jerseys are complemented by black pants and jersey numbers, with shoulder and collar stripes also adopting a black hue.

While the Texans promised further details about the uniforms to be revealed in April, Texans TV host Drew Dougherty hinted at a nostalgic touch with an “H-Town Blue” design reminiscent of the Houston Oilers.

The Texans decision to incorporate elements paying homage to the Houston Oilers comes in the wake of controversy stirred by the Tennessee Titans donning of Oilers throwbacks in a game against Houston last season.

Despite the focus on fashion, the Texans are gearing up for what promises to be an exciting 2024 season.

Under the leadership of head coach DeMeco Ryans, the Texans have bolstered their roster with the addition of star pass rusher Danielle Hunter during a busy offseason.

What are your thoughts on the Texans going forward?

Is Stroud headed for a sophomore slump? … Or do you think he’s the real deal?

Are you disappointed they weren’t able to land Saquon Barkley in free agency?

What else do they need to do this offseason to put themselves in a position to be legitimate contenders next season???
