Jordan Love’s “Father’s Day” Shot At Bears BLOWS UP In His Face

In the historic rivalry between the Green Bay Packers and the Chicago Bears, a new era is about to unfold, with Jordan Love taking the reins as Green Bay’s starting quarterback.

While many speculated that the absence of Aaron Rodgers would tip the scales in the Bears favor, Love is determined to keep the rivalry right where it is.

The Packers have enjoyed a remarkable dominance over the Bears in recent years, boasting eight consecutive victories dating back to September 2019 and a staggering 13 wins in their last 14 matchups.

Green Bay has only suffered defeat at the hands of Chicago on three occasions since January 2011. With Aaron Rodgers traded to the New York Jets, fans were left wondering if the tide would finally turn in the Bears favor.

However, Love’s recent comments in celebration of Father’s Day have not been received as he may have intended. In what appeared to be a lighthearted jab, Love wished Bears fans a “Happy Father’s Day” while emphasizing the Packers iconic rallying cry, “Go Pack go.”

“Happy Father’s Day to all the Bears fans out there,” Love playfully remarked. “Go Pack go.”

While the intent behind the comment may have been to stoke the flames of the storied rivalry, the quip seemingly fell flat, failing to generate the reaction Love had hoped for.

Nevertheless, his attitude and willingness to embrace the challenge of filling Rodgers’ shoes will undoubtedly endear him to Green Bay faithful as the new face of the franchise.

Drafted in the first round by the Packers in 2020, Love has had limited playing time, making only 10 appearances, including a single start during Rodgers’ absence due to COVID-19 protocols.

In his brief time on the field, he has thrown for 606 yards, three touchdowns, and three interceptions, with a loss in his lone start.

Now, with the full weight of the starting role upon him, Love is poised to prove his worth and carry the Packers forward.

As the Green Bay Packers prepare for the upcoming season, all eyes will be on Love as he steps into the spotlight.

Packers fans hope his play on the field will be better than his attempt at humor.

Needless to say, his missed-jab left fans confused (and offended)…

“This doesn’t even make sense. Is he saying Bears fans are his dad? I wouldn’t wish my son a happy Father’s Day. He’s so lame he can’t even do the simplest thing right. At least Rodgers shit talking made sense.”

“Jordan Love’s career record 3-7
606 passing yards
3 TDs 3 INTs.”

“He’s gonna be out of the league in 2 years.”

“This doesn’t really make sense. Also Justin Fields is better.”

“I thought the same thing I read it like 5 times and was still confused.”
