INSIDER: THIS Is Bill Belichick’s Most Likely Next Step (& It’s A Surprising One!) … Can You Actually Picture Him Doing This??

Perhaps the biggest story of the NFL offseason to this point is the fact that Bill Belichick will enter the 2024 season without a job.

As a coach that is…

According to reports, multiple major networks have approached Belichick about transitioning to the broadcasting world.

Andrew Marchand of The Athletic reported that both CBS and NBC have talked to Belichick about joining their broadcast crews for the upcoming season.

(Perhaps FOX hasn’t due to their relationship with Tom Brady … Interesting!)

Belichick certainly doesn’t seem like a TV-type the way some other coaches do. For instance, his close friend Nick Saban enjoys doing analyst work and will surely be a great fit on ESPN’s College GameDay this coming fall.

Despite his (assumed) reluctance to dive into the broadcasting world, Belichick’s son, Steve, recently mentioned that he’s open to it.

Perhaps the most interesting route for Belichick would be to work for his former rival, Peyton Manning.

Manning has become a media titan of sorts, as his production company – Omaha Productions – has taken off strong.

The word is Manning is interested in adding Belichick to his team…

There is even speculation that Manning could team Belichick up with Saban for “alternative-broadcast” programming.

After all, the “ManningCast” with Peyton and brother Eli has been a smashing success. Perhaps Peyton could convince Belichick to do a similar-type broadcast with his buddy Saban.

Belichick could also do one of Omaha’s trademark “Places” shows – similar to “Peyton’s Places” and “Eli’s Places” … Being the historian that he is, this is something that Belichick would most likely be interested in.

Manning and Omaha Productions would seem to offer Belichick the most flexibility schedule-wise. I’m sure Peyton would let him pretty much do what he wants, when he wants.

CBS and NBC wouldn’t be able to afford quite that luxury, although I’m sure there would be some wiggle-room (just look at J.J. Watt’s sporadic schedule at CBS this past season).

Also, it’s only a matter of time before Belichick heads back to the sidelines.

Despite turning 72-years-old next month, Belichick has made it clear that he wants to continue to coach.

While that’s not entirely his call, it would be foolish to think that there won’t be several teams interested in him a year from now.

First of all, were you surprised that Belichick didn’t land a job in this past cycle?

Can you picture him in the broadcast world? … Or do you think there’s a better chance he just disappears for a year?

At the end of the day, where will his next coaching stop be???
