Georgia head coach Kirby Smart raised a few eyebrows in the college football world when he stated that every team in the SEC should be ranked in the Top-25.
As the back-to-back national champions, Kirby and the Bulldogs have a target on their back each and every time they take the field.
They are everyone’s “Super Bowl” … They get everyone’s best shot.
“I personally think every SEC team should be ranked,” Smart declared confidently to the media. “I can guarantee you there are some teams that don’t want to play them that are ranked.”
“I literally have no idea what you’re referencing because every team we play in the SEC is good enough to beat us, and whether they’re ranked or not, I could care less.”

I appreciate Kirby sticking up for the SEC, especially in a down year … But saying that every single team in the conference should be ranked in the Top-25 might be a stretch.
Regardless, his Bulldogs have a tough challenge this week when they take on the undefeated Kentucky Wildcats.
