Tom Brady is sick of people thinking he was soft and protected on the football field.
Speaking on his “Let’s Go!” podcast, Brady had some choice words for those who questioned his grit and toughness.
“Everyone thinks I was a p*ssy out there. I took every single (hit) and got my ass up,” the seven-time Super Bowl champion said.
“I never wanted a defensive player saying ‘I knocked the sh*t out of him and he didn’t get up’ … So I made sure I got up,” he added.

Brady’s durability throughout his career is evident, with the only significant injury occurring in the 2008 season opener when he tore his ACL after a hit from Bernard Pollard.
Notably, the play, if it happened today, would result in a roughing the passer penalty under current NFL rules.
He’s right. Dude never missed games besides massive injury. Took all the hits and played for a long time. Dude was special

Despite the criticism he faced, Brady’s resilience and toughness were key factors in his historic seven Super Bowl victories, solidifying his legacy as arguably the greatest football player of all-time.
Although, that’s not to say that he wasn’t protected by the refs at times.
There were stretches were it seemed like if you looked at Brady the wrong way it would draw a roughing the passer penalty.
However, when it came to contact, Brady routinely took the hits and kept going – just as he said.

Tom Brady was one tough dude.

What do you think of Brady’s comments?
Should he even be worried about what people think?
Looking at the big picture, is he indeed the greatest football player of all-time???
