DEVELOPING: DeAndre Hopkins Responds To Rumors That He’s A Goner In Tennessee … Where Will He End Up??

With the Tennessee Titans in a bit of a rebuild mode, there has been mass speculation regarding the future of veteran wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins.

Some have reported that the Titans may look to move on from the five-time Pro Bowler in the coming months…

However, Hopkins himself seem to be an end to those rumors and made it clear that he’s more than happy in Tennessee.

“Cap!!!” Hopkins tweeted on X in response to the speculation.

Hopkins, who signed a two-year deal with the Titans last year after being released by the Arizona Cardinals, had an impressive debut season in Tennessee.

He hauled in 75 receptions for 1,057 yards and seven touchdowns … While those aren’t necessarily vintage Hopkins numbers, he’s shown no signs of slowing down.

Assuming new quarterback Will Levis continues his development, the connection between he and Hopkins should certainly skyrocket next season.

The Titans are currently undergoing a retooling phase under new head coach Brian Callahan, who takes over for the fired-Mike Vrabel.

As the team navigates potential changes, star players like running back Derrick Henry and quarterback Ryan Tannehill, both pending free agents, are not expected to return.

Despite the transitions within the organization, the 31-year-old Hopkins appears committed to assisting the Titans during their rebuild.

Of course, staying in Tennessee is not his call. He could always be released for cap-saving purposes.

However, the Titans would be wise to hold onto him to try to compete with the young Levis during their semi-rebuild.

What are your thoughts on Hopkins’ desire to remain in Tennessee.

Do you think he’d be better off somewhere else?

How much do you think he has left in the tank?

Looking at the big picture, what is your take on Levis? … Do you think he will develop into a true franchise quarterback??
