Derrick Henry Reveals His Insane Meal Plan & The Shocking Amount Of Money He Spends On His Body … Best RB Of This Era??

As Derrick Henry gears up for his ninth NFL season, the new Baltimore Ravens running back is sparing no expense to ensure his body remains in peak condition.

Known for the physical toll the running back position can take, especially as players approach their 30s, Henry has defied expectations by maintaining elite performance levels.

Last season, he accumulated 1,167 rushing yards, the second-highest in the league, and scored 12 touchdowns.

Henry’s commitment to staying in top form is evident in his substantial annual investment in his physical health.

According to his financial advisor, Pete Kotos, the two-time rushing champion dedicates approximately $240,000 each year to body maintenance.

This significant expenditure covers a range of services, including a personal chef who meticulously prepares all of Henry’s meals.

In an interview with Dan Pompei of The Athletic, Henry shared details about his rigorous diet, which excludes fried foods, gluten, dairy, and artificial sugars.

During the season, Henry typically refrains from eating his first meal until 4 or 5 p.m., followed by a second meal around 8 p.m. (In the offseason, he eat his first meal around 1 p.m.)

When he does eat, he consumes a substantial amount, often described as sufficient for a pride of lions.

Henry’s meals are notably substantial and tailored to his specific needs.

His first meal often includes three chicken breasts, broccoli, and rice, while his second meal features gluten-free pancakes, scrambled eggs, diced potatoes, home fries, and steak.

The 30-year-old running back recently signed a two-year, $16 million contract with the Baltimore Ravens, following an eight-year tenure with the Tennessee Titans.

He joins a Ravens team that boasts the league’s leading rushing quarterback, Lamar Jackson, who claimed his second MVP award last season.

Henry’s debut with the Ravens is set for September 5 during the NFL Kickoff Game at Arrowhead Stadium, where he will face Patrick Mahomes and the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs.
