BREAKING NEWS: Chicago Bears Are Trading WR Chase Claypool To Unexpected Super Bowl Contender

Chase Claypool has found a new team.

Just one day following the Chicago Bears’ first victory of the year on Thursday Night Football, the organization decided to trade the disgruntled wide receiver, Chase Claypool, to the Miami Dolphins.

The trade involved swapping late-round picks.

Despite being acquired as a promising young wide receiver last season in exchange for the 32nd overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, Claypool’s recent performance has been disappointing. He was a healthy scratch for last week’s game against the Denver Broncos and once again was declared inactive for the Bears’ “Thursday Night Football” matchup against the Washington Commanders this week.

Furthermore, Claypool is set to become a free agent after this season, and his market value has hit an all-time low.

During his time with the Bears, Claypool averaged just 4.4 yards per target.
