BREAKING: Arrest Warrant Issued For NFL Star Who Has Been Missing For Nearly Two Weeks…

Police in Florida have been on the hunt for Detroit Lions cornerback Cameron Sutton for nearly two weeks following the issuance of an arrest warrant related to his alleged involvement in a domestic violence incident.

The arrest warrant, issued on March 7, charges Sutton with domestic battery by strangulation.

According to Phil Martello, a spokesperson for the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, authorities have been unable to locate Sutton since the warrant was issued.

The incident in question occurred in Lutz, Florida, where police responded to a call early in the morning.

Sutton is accused of battering a woman before fleeing the scene. Evidence of wounds on the woman’s body has been reported by another spokesperson from the sheriff’s office.

Despite having a residence in neighboring Pinellas County, Sutton has remained elusive. Police have been unsuccessful in their attempts to locate him, and he has not responded to repeated calls from detectives, Martello stated.

In a bid to garner public assistance, the sheriff’s office posted a message on social media today, urging anyone with information on Sutton’s whereabouts to come forward.

The 29-year-old Sutton joined the Detroit Lions as an unrestricted free agent last summer after spending his first six seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers who drafted him in the third round of the 2017 NFL Draft.ย

During his inaugural season with the Lions, Sutton started all 17 games, tallying 60 total tackles, six passes defended, and an interception.

Needless to say, his future remains uncertain at this point.

This is very much a developing story. Stay tuned…
