A DEAL TO DIE FOR!!: On The Heels Of F1 Miami’s Insane Concession Prices, The Marlins Are Offering This Ridiculous “All-You-Can-Eat” Ticket Package…

Besides the Tom Brady roast on Netflix, one of the biggest stories to come out of this past weekend was the astronomical food and beverage prices that were charged at the F1 Grand Prix in Miami.

It’s well-known that concession prices at sporting events are through the roof. It’s a rip-off scheme and always will be.

However, the F1 prices in Miami gave “money-grab” an entire new meaning…

Rarer than spotting a unicorn is coming across a big-time entertainment event and actually seeing reasonable prices at the concession stand.

In this respect, The Masters has always been in a league of its own…

You can count the Miami Marlins as an organization who is at least putting in an effort to give their fans a decent bang for their buck.

The struggling franchise is offering a special “all-you-can-eat” seating option for $52.

Purchasing the special option gets you a solid seat at the ballpark as well as all-you-can-eat access to some classic baseball foods.

With the deal comes unlimited cheeseburgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, nachos, popcorn, peanuts, cookies and soft drinks.

The “buffet” extends through the seventh inning of each game.

Of course, a major concern for the Marlins has always been their attendance figures. It’s no secret that Miami is one of the least-supported franchises in all of Major League Baseball.

Last season, the Marlins only attracted an average of 14,355 fans to their home games at LoanDepot park.

Drawing a total of just 1.162 million fans for the season, Miami ranked second-to-last in attendance in the entire league, ahead of only the Oakland Athletics.

For a team as stingy and let’s just be honest – cheap – as the Marlins, they have enjoyed some success through the years.

The organization won the World Series in both 1997 and 2003.

However, in the big picture they have only made the postseason four times since their inception in 1993.

They’re seeking to secure back-to-back playoff berths for the first time in franchise history. However, at 10-27 their outlook looks as bleak as can be.

As a matter of fact, they’re already rumored to be heading towards a fire-sale and we’re only a month into the season!!!

We know the actual team is heading nowhere fast – but what do you think about the all-you-can-eat deal they’re offering?

Do you think $52 is worth it?

Should the Marlins look to move out of Miami???
