Among the potential suitors are Miami, NC State, Rutgers, Louisville, and Nebraska, with each program eyeing McCord as a game-changing addition to their rosters.
Crawford believes that the Kentucky Wildcats, led by head coach Mark Stoops, could potentially be most interesting.
Ohio State fans may not want to hear this, but Kyle McCord is a better QB than anyone they'll get in the portal. The question has to be asked, what's going on in Columbus?

“Mark Stoops and the Wildcats welcomed numerous impactful transfers during the portal era and are primed to be in the running for a new starter at quarterback with Devin Leary likely going to the NFL,” Crawford reported.
“Leary came over from NC State and was (OC) Liam Coen’s starter throughout this season. McCord’s skill set is similar to Leary and closer to former Kentucky star quarterback Will Levis in size and skill set. That could be a well-placed match for Coen, who helped develop Levis during his sophomore season two years ago.”
