PHOTOS: George Kittle & His Wife Enjoy Montana Trip As Niners Look To Regain Swagger

Riding a three-game losing streak, the San Francisco 49ers were desperately in need of a bye week.

There’s no doubt head coach Kyle Shanahan and his staff spent the week searching for answers to how they can get back on track and once again become the most dominant team in the league.

For tight end George Kittle, always known to have a good time, the bye week presented an opportunity to get away with his wife Claire.

The happy couple took off to beautiful Whitefish, Montana for some much-needed R&R.

“Traveling to new places with you,” Claire posted on Instagram…

Kittle cleverly managed to incorporate a touch of sponsorship into the trip … God bless America!

The getaway provided Kittle with a chance to recharge his battery for what will be a grueling stretch run as we head towards the playoffs.

Once 5-0, the Niners looked virtually unstoppable.

Kittle and the squad know they need to quickly turn things around on the field if they’re to finally win the Super Bowl they’ve been starving for…

At 5-3, only the Philadelphia Eagles (8-1) and Detroit Lions (6-2) are ahead of them in the NFC playoff picture.

As far as the NFC West goes, the Niners are tied with the rival Seattle Seahawks … Although, it’s near impossible to imagine San Fran not pulling away with the division…

With the bye week now in the books, San Fran won’t have the luxury of easing back into action.

They have a showdown on tap against the red-hot Jaguars (6-2) in Jacksonville.

With the way Trevor Lawrence and the Jags are playing, the Niners will need to come out swinging if they’re to pick up what would be a massive road win against a fellow Super Bowl contender…

What are your thoughts on the 49ers?

They certainly looked like the best team in football prior to their three-game losing streak.

Will they be able to get back to that level?

Should they still be considered Super Bowl favorites???
