In a significant departure from previous years, FOX has announced its intention to broadcast the spring games of both the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Michigan Wolverines.
Traditionally aired on the Big Ten Network, this move by FOX signals a significant shift in coverage.
FOX’s decision was applauded by not only fans of the conference’s two biggest and most powerful programs, but the entire Big Ten as a whole.

“We have huge news. On April 13 and April 20, we will be televising Ohio State’s and Michigan’s spring football game live on Fox. That’s right, we’re airing them on Fox. I’ll be at each of those games. Both of them are going to be at noon Eastern, so Big Noon rolls on. I cannot wait for these,” Klatt said.

Excitement is already mounting for these televised scrimmages, particularly given the prominence of both teams.
Ohio State is expected to enter the 2024 season as a top contender, likely ranked within the top two nationally.
Meanwhile, Michigan comes off a historic 15-0 national championship-winning season, raising anticipation for their spring game.
Wolverine fans are hoping that new head coach Sherrone Moore will be able to continue the culture and legacy left by Jim Harbaugh who left Ann Arbor for the Los Angeles Chargers.
