In the midst of their aggressive offseason, the Pittsburgh Steelers find themselves once again in the spotlight as they set their sights on another notable free agent.
Following their recent acquisitions of quarterbacks Russell Wilson and Justin Fields, along with linebacker Patrick Queen, the Steelers have emerged as one of three teams vying for the services of former Chargers wide receiver Mike Williams.

The Steelers reported interest in Williams comes as no surprise, especially after recent roster moves that saw them trade Diontae Johnson and release Allen Robinson.
With the financial flexibility afforded by their cost-effective quarterback acquisitions, the Steelers appear poised to make a strong push for Williams.
That dude is always hurt though. I mean heβs a stud when heβs on the field but keeping him on the field is the problem.

Meanwhile, the Carolina Panthers, who recently acquired Johnson, are also in the running for Williams.
Alongside veteran Adam Thielen and 2021 second-round pick Terrace Marshall Jr., the Panthers are seeking to bolster their receiving options.

Similarly, the New York Jets, led by promising receiver Garrett Wilson, are eager to add depth to their receiving corps.
With Allen Lazard and Xavier Gipson combining for just 44 receptions and one touchdown last season, the Jets are in need of offensive firepower.

Williams brings a proven track record of productivity to whichever team he joins. During his seven seasons with the Chargers, Williams amassed 309 receptions and 31 touchdowns.
Notably, he recorded two 1,000-yard seasons and led the NFL with a remarkable 20.4 yards-per-catch average in 2019.

Where do you think Williams will end up?
What type of contract do you think he’s deserving of?
What do you think about the Steelers recent moves? Do they make Pittsburgh an even more attractive destination???
