Well, well, well… It seems like our old friend Chip Kelly may soon be coming back to the NFL.
The 60-year-old Kelly has had quite an eventful coaching career. He’s currently the head coach of the UCLA Bruins but according to reports he’s being sought after for multiple offensive coordinator jobs in the NFL.
According to CBS Sports, Kelly’s name has indeed been circulating in recent weeks as teams do their due diligence on the polarizing coach.

Kelly has been at UCLA since 2018, amassing a 35-34 record, including a 25-13 mark in the past three seasons.
Of course, he took the NFL by storm with the up-tempo, hurry-up offenses he installed while in charge of the Philadelphia Eagles.
Inevitably the league caught up to him – but for a while, his offensive attack was hard to figure out, let alone slow down.
A great play caller will be a fit in alot of teams scheme

His tenure with the Eagles lasted only three seasons and was followed up by a one-year stint in San Francsico that was over before you could blink.
Despite his NFL setbacks, and his relatively mediocre career record at UCLA, no one has ever doubted that Kelly is a brilliant offensive mind.
After all, what he accomplished at Oregon speaks for itself.
The thought is Kelly may be more interested than ever at returning to the NFL. One of the main reasons being the new Wild Wild West world of college football with NIL and the transfer portal.
Kelly has never been one to kiss-up to boosters or play the political game. He could very well be worn out of all the nonsense that goes on in the college football world.

Kelly would seemingly be a good fit as offensive coordinator for a defensive-minded head coach, or a young, inexperienced coach looking for a seasoned veteran to lean on for advice.
Yea he should go back and try again. I heard he didn't fully utilized his playbook when he went to NFL very first time

What are your thoughts on Kelly possibly returning to the NFL?
Do you think the report is possibly being a leak by Kelly’s camp as part of some sort of leverage play with UCLA?
Would you want your team to hire Kelly? … Or do you think his “wacky” personality is no longer a fit for the NFL (if it ever was)???
