It may be January, but it’s never too early to look ahead to the 2024 college football season.
There will be no shortage of storylines, especially in a year where we bid farewell to the greatest coach of all time, Nick Saban.
With Alabama in a coaching transition, and Michigan most likely losing head coach Jim Harbaugh, the race for the national title seems as wide open as ever – especially with the introduction of the new 12-team playoff.

ESPN emphasizes that these predictions are subject to change based on factors such as player transfers, coaching adjustments, and unforeseen developments.Â
However, they feel good about their rankings now as the picture becomes clearer and clearer.
Is it January? Yes. Are a lot of insane things going to happen between now and when meaningful college football is played again? Yes. But Ole Miss is ranked No. 7 in the ESPN Way-Too-Early Top 25 for next season. https://t.co/L8uF5Ugbv0

What are your thoughts on ESPN’s top 10 rankings?
It seems like Ohio State is winning the “offseason” so far … Do you think they’re on a mission and will end up winning the title?
Or do you have your eyes on a different team???
