What the Detroit Lions are doing right now is one of the best NFL stories in recent memory.
Long considered a cursed-franchise, head coach Dan Campbell has completely turned the culture around in Detroit. For the first time (in a long time) ever, the Lions are legitimate Super Bowl contenders.
Other than Campbell, the main reason for the Lions success has been quarterback Jared Goff. Once considered a bust by some, Goff has developed into a true franchise quarterback in Detroit.
“It’s an incredible feeling, something this city and these fans have been waiting for a long time. We’re just getting started, though,” Goff said after the Lions enormous playoff win over his old team, the Los Angeles Rams.

Goff and Campbell know exactly how much that win meant to the city.
The scene at Ford Field last week was a sight to behold. It figures to be an even more magical atmosphere this Sunday when the Lions welcome in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the divisional round.
“This win means a lot to the organization and our fans. It’s been a journey, and we’re not done yet. We’re ready for the challenges ahead,” Campbell said.

Very few Lions fans enjoyed last week’s win over the Rams more than Goff’s fiancée, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model Christen Harper.
Always supportive of her fiancée, Harper took to Instagram to express her pride and excitement for what Goff and the Lions accomplished.
“So proud of Jared and the Lions! What a win! Let’s keep this momentum going,” Harper posted.
Goff was near-flawless in the win over his old team.
He was 22-27 passing for 277 yards and a touchdown.
In the past, Goff had been prone to the “big mistake” in big games. However, that big mistake never came last week as he led the Lions to their first playoff win in 32 years…
