Sure, a decent amount of football fans are sick and tired of hearing about Taylor Swift. However, for better or worse, her relationship with arguably the greatest tight end of all-time is headline news.
Travis Kelce has officially broken his silence on the relationship and dove into details on the latest episode of his ultra-popular podcast, “New Heights.”
The Chiefs star spoke about Swift making an appearance at Kansas City’s game against the Chicago Bears this past Sunday (have you heard about that???), and the enormous buzz it generated.
Kelce said it was “ballsy” for Swift to show up at the game: “Shoutout to Taylor for pulling up. That was pretty ballsy.”

I don’t know how exactly it was “ballsy” for her to show up at a football game, but that’s beside the point.
The 33-year-old Swift quickly went viral throughout the country (and beyond) – the highlight of her appearance was her celebration of Kelce’s touchdown where she enthusiastically shouted “LET’S F*CKING GO!!!”

“The slow-motion chest bumps, the high-fives with mom, it was definitely a game I will remember, that’s for damn sure,” Kelce said on the podcast.
“Then we just slid off in the getaway car at the end … Shoutout to Taylor for coming through and watching me rock the stage.”
The origins of the romance between Kelce and Swift began when Travis unsuccessfully attempted to meet Taylor during her “Eras Tour” show in Kansas City this summer.
He had planned to pass her a friendship bracelet with his phone number attached but failed miserably.
However, it seems like things have worked out for Kelce in the end.
During the podcast, Kelce stressed the desire for privacy, pointing out that Swift doesn’t love media attention on her personal life. (Good luck with that.)

“What’s real is that it is my personal life, I want to respect both of our lives,” Kelce stated. “She’s not in the media as much as I am doing this show every single week, and I sure as hell enjoyed this weekend.”
“So, everything moving forward, I think me talking about sports and saying alright now will have to be kind of where I keep it.”
According to reports, Swift will be in attendance at MetLife Stadium this Sunday when Kelce and the Chiefs take on the New York Jets.
