WATCH: After Helping Doom The Bills Season With Horrific Drop, Stefon Diggs Finds Out His Brother Is Getting Sued For Alleged Assault & Robbery

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stefon Diggs seems to have lost a step (or three) during the course of this season.

He’s getting older and seems to have lost that special explosiveness he once had. There’s a reason why he became virtually invisible down the stretch for the Bills.

Having said that, Buffalo came so very close to beating the defending Super Bowl champion Chiefs and advancing to the AFC title game against the #1 seeded Baltimore Ravens.

However, all hell broke loose, and Buffalo suffered yet another disappointing playoff loss that, in their minds, prematurely ended their season.

Unfortunately for Diggs, his crucial drop was one of the main reasons why the Bills lost…

Needless to say, it’s been a rough 48-hour stretch for Diggs and his family.

Adding extra frustration for the Diggs clan came the news that Stefon’s bother, Darez Diggs, is facing a lawsuit, in relation to his legal battle which followed his alleged role in a violent attack and robbery that transpired back in May of last year…

Darez is also the brother of Dallas Cowboys cornerback Trevon Diggs.

Cristopher Griffith, the victim of the alleged assault, filed the lawsuit claiming the incident resulted in significant pain, suffering, and emotional distress.

TMZ reports that Griffith is seeking $100,000 in compensation for jewelry and other property that he claims was stolen during the attack.

The incident, captured on surveillance video, shows Darez reportedly holding open an elevator door while two other individuals assault Griffith.

The attackers are seen kicking and hitting Griffith before fleeing the scene with stolen jewelry.

The LAPD had been informed at the time that three men had stolen an orange purse containing diamonds and other valuables.

Despite the compelling video evidence, no arrests have been made, and the LAPD continues its investigation into the incident.

The owner of the Los Angeles apartment complex where the incident took place is also facing legal repercussions in connection to the attack.

Darez Diggs is a former professional (XFL) football player himself and is the founder of the lifestyle brand Blue Boii.

We’ll see what happens with the investigation and lawsuit…

Regarding Stefon, do you think he’s played his last game in a Bills uniform?

He’s under contract through 2027, but considering his drop-in-play and all of the headaches he seems to cause, would Buffalo be best moving on from him???
