Ole Miss Head Coach Lane Kiffin celebrated “National Girlfriend Day” by giving fans a glimpse into his relationship with Sally Rychlak.

The 48-year-old coach took to Twitter to share a photo of himself and Sally, accompanied by a purple heart emoji, in honor of the special day (which many of us never knew existed).

“Happy #NationalGirlfriendDay,” Kiffin wrote, eliciting warm reactions from fans and followers.. Rychlak, on the other hand, playfully responded to the post by jokingly saying: “I actually think we should just be friends!”

In the same Twitter thread, when a user inquired about Kiffin’s potential availability, asking, “You got a sister?,” Kiffin humorously replied, “4 of them,” accompanied by a series of crying-laughing emojis.

Rychlak made another appearance in a subsequent post, this time with Juice Kiffin, the family’s dog, who is a familiar presence at Rebels practices. In response to the dog’s gesture, Sally responded with a witty remark, “Thx juice but I’m not your gf.”

The couple has been together since at least February, as indicated by posts on Sally’s Twitter account, which frequently features photos of the pair spending time together.

Earlier this year, on Lane Kiffin’s 48th birthday in May, Sally posted a touching tribute to her partner, complete with a picture of them enjoying a fishing trip on a boat. The caption read, “Happy birthday @Lane_Kiffin. Maybe this is the year you can beat me in a 40yd dash.”

Rychlak’s professional background is impressive. She currently serves as a major gifts officer at Southern Methodist University, focused on aligning philanthropic intentions with institutional needs among SMU alumni, family, and friends in the northeast markets.

Sally previously worked at the University of Mississippi, her alma mater, after earning a Bachelor’s degree in marketing.

It is worth noting that this public display of affection by Kiffin marks the first time he has openly acknowledged a relationship since his divorce from Layla Kiffin in 2016.

At the time of the divorce, Kiffin stated that it was a mutual decision and both he and Layla were committed to co-parenting their three children: daughters Landry (born 2005) and Presley (born 2007), and son Knox (born 2009).
